Anyone know how long it takes to change email account?

I've been trying to get GGG to change the email associated with my account for weeks now since I no longer have access to that account. I still have my login ID and password and I'm logging in from the same location as I ever did. I can log into the site just fine, but if I try to log into the game, it insists I have to verify myself with the email account I don't have access too.

IF you have been trying to gain their attention by sending more mail then you are making the process take longer every time you do as your ticket is removed from the queue, updated with whatever you just sent and then placed back in at the back of the queue. Nope, I've only been sending necessary emails. Also, it absolutely does matter. It's my account that I poured who knows how many hours into and (apparently) far too much money. It's completely reasonable to want to know how much longer I'm going to be kept from accessing it.
I'd go into more detail, but judging by the mod edits to my first post, that's not allowed on this forum. |
