I can't see my characters on the official game website. Of course, I clicked log in via STEAM. I contacted support via email, but they don't respond

My PoE nickname is Misieoddaj, and character name is Misieoddaj. I Tried disconnecting my PoE account from Steam account and reconnecting it, but it didn't help.
