Cannot install game xbox

I went through all troubleshooting methods with xbox chat and game will not install from the Xbox store. I did the soft reset, hard reboots, even console reset. I go to the xbox store and says "Install You own this" but will not start the install process. I have Xbox One X. I've tried everything.

Man this is only a good thing, the game does not work on consoles and they are not gonna fix this, so atm if you want to play poe, pc is the only valid option atm. You regret it if you start on console, the lag is a hUGE issue
