Trade site filters inconsistency

I have noticed that sometimes there is the same name of a mod/'filter' on the trade site, and I mean the EXACT same name. Yet they yield different results. Why is that?

An example I just came across. "Any charm" in item category and then search for "strength" and then pick "+# to Strength and Intelligence". That looks fine, right?

Except there are two identical pickable lines with "+# to Strength and Intelligence". The first one yields 0 results (on Sony market), and the second gives almost 500 hits. What's up with that?

Presumably it's for different categories, despite the same name, so for example a helmet craft. But that makes it confusing, cause for us on the user end, it's the exact same text.
