Takes too long to re-enter Absence of Mercy and Empathy

Bought a Maven's Writ for 2 divine and trying for the first time the Maven fight. Sadly I died once.

Once I try to re-enter the fight the loading screen shows and won't close until I've died again. There is no way I can continue the fight now.
