Shader compilation caching issue

Sytem specs:
Client: steam


Details on problems:

Shader compling causes performance issues FPS loss and stuttering. Can take up to a minute to compile shaders then perormance issues mostly are gone. This happens both on dx12 and vulkan renderers. Every time I POE client crashes or is closed seems shader cache gets invalidated and needs to be recompiled this is painfull basically on every map neet to wait 1 minute untill it is playable.

The issue could be seen in AMD shader caches folder C:\Users\Donatas\AppData\Local\AMD\DxcCache
New cache files are created every time game is runned wth name same name but a number appended.


Found similair issue that was resolved on nintendo emulator https://github.com/yuzu-emu/yuzu/issues/8507

Testing:
Was testing The Blood Aqueduct once it loads one time on the client then it works no problem even creating instance after some time. If clien is closed then issue apears and it loading shaders for a long time.

Tried various video settings driver uptades, move AMD and POE cache folders to RAM storage and other crazy poe performance guides issue still persists.

+1 experiencing this exact same issue, once that amd shader cache file hits around 40mb, next time time u close client and reopen it will create new file
