Long loading Screen on Xbox Series X

I have insane loading times on my Xbox Series X and my other 4 friends have the same hardwear and they have no loading issues. I have tried to move to family and friends homes and try there internet and same issue. My connection has a low ping rate and no other issues on any other games. Tried to clear cache on my Xbox but no luck at all. But it is killing my time to farm quick and efficiently. Any help would be greatly appreciated so I can keep up with my friends. Also I have done ping traces and drops and the MS is low as well and tried to do multiple sources as well.
