Renegade Imp Pet Bug

My Renegade Imp Pet is missing his chain and orb. I've tried launching him in different areas and resetting my Xbox, but nothing fixes the issue.

What's going on GGG? I've noticed a trend that you respond to these bug issues less and less. You used to be pretty good at having someone go through these reports and let us know what's going on, but it's been on a steady decline for a couple of years. It's never been stellar as you've always treated console as a bit of an afterthought, but it didn't feel like we were yelling into an empty void like it does now.
