Again i am not getting a conformation code email as last time 3 months ago

my email account works.
last time one of your employees was nice enough to send my a conformation code for my account to log in manually(proof that my emnail-account is working). :)

can you pls fix your system that i get this email automatic send to my account
without having to write on support all the time thx

ans pls send my an email again with a code

so i can play on my account which i spend money on
