Character missing

When I loged on this afternoon, my lvl 90 deadeye charcter wasn't appearing on my character list. My other character in the same league is there and playable.

Logging onto my account on the web shows my missing character in the list, but wont load on its own page.

I was really enjoying playing this and have invested quite a few hours and ingame currency in it. I really hope it can be recovered.

Re-checking my webpage now, the character is nowhere to be found.
