Cant use mouse right click in the game

Hi,

I cant use the right mouse click. Does not matter, if want to buy an item from a shop or use a skill in the game. Mouse right click does not work. Left click does.
Tried different mouse types. All are functioning in Win 10 perfectly, but not in POE. Does anyone have some good advice. Happend, after I installed the game completely new. I can login, I can move with the left mouse button, but I cant
use the right mouse button in the game. What could it be ?

You have a skill allocated there that is interfering possibly?

So, now I cant use right click for any purchase, Nessa Act 1 for example. If I open the purchase window in town and try to right click for anything, I cant use the right mouse button. I can use a skill on the right mouse button outside of town, but I cant use right click to buy anything. Quite annoying. Havent had it before. Any thoughts ?
