Anima Stone nerf doesn't make any sense

buff based golemancer was one of the least popular archetypes, only 5% of elementalists have elemancer allocated

why does ggg keep nerfing already weak/underused builds while stuff like tornado shot deadeye, taste of hate, rathpith globe, ivory tower remain untouched? what were they even afraid of? pure golems becoming too strong for once?
