Hello
I am Slowly losing my patience here. Why do i still have to wait for a response after waiting already for 9 Days ? i cant wait anymore its making me sick i want to play the Game finally.I know i did nothing wrong as a new Player. I already Contacted the Support via Mail "support@grindinggear.com" Told them My Char/Accutn Name and Explaiend whats going on. Help me !!! Last bumped on Jan 3, 2024, 9:58:53 AM

I just think u ignored my mail and it doesnt even Exist , i dont even recieved a Ticket Number etc.
i have the feeling i will never get an answer | |

there are no ticket number for supporting player from GGG.
just so you know, they may take like 2 weeks or so to work on it. |

Yes But understand me. I was on my Vacations and as a Gamer that hits me hard that i can not play a game that i enjoyed so much u know ? now im kinda sad af

by alt account has also got banned, but all i received are copy paste answer :( My feelings has changed from angry into sad :( |
