Blink Arrow Of Bombarding Clones Doesn't Work - No Clone

My witch is using a bow and quiver. If I cast blink arrow, she teleports but nothing appears at the old location, just an empty circle. No clones are summoned.

From looking at your profile, it appears you are using The Primordial Chain, which disallows non-golem minions. This will prevent the blink arrow clone from spawning.
