[Xbox] Lani 2 passive quest bugged

I killed Kitava and went to grab the skill book from Lani but my inventory was full so I canceled to make space, but now there's no option on her to get the skill book in Act 10 or in the Karui Shore epilogue. My quest says use the skill book but I don't have it and there's no option on her to get it either.
