Banned for TOS and Thirdparty

Hey, recently i got banned for TOS after only 50 Hours Playtime im new Into POE and just wanted to ask if its a normal Progress ATM to safe the Market etc.

I Already Appealed it via Mail ( Still Waiting for Response after 8 Days)

I just want to understand why this happened at the moment. The Only Third Party System i used was "Vanguard" its a Anti Cheat System for Valorant does this count aswell ? .

and for the TOS why that ?

I Testet it on other Accounts and they keep getting banned after Act 3 thats weird for me.

Any Ideas why this happens ?

Yes but you risk getting banned on the new one too. There have been a lot of these reports floating around lately. Good luck!
