Maven Invitations No Squirtliing Effect

Hi i got problem when i start invitations i doesnt have the effect where 2 first guard is spawning i reinstall poe Even reinstall WINDOWS and still doesnt work i dont know how to fix that its so diffucult to do invitations with bad build without this knowledge where 2 first elder spawns
