Affliction Challenge Armour Tanks PS5 Performance

My main driving force to keep playing has been to complete the challenges because the armour set look great.

However, having unlocked the 35/40 chest upgrade, there is a Janky flickering beam of purple light above the character, and since unlocking the final chest upgrade, the flowers from the boots also tank performance too. Having either of these upgraded challenge MTX equip turns the game into 160p quality as soon as you start combat.

While in the hideout the upgraded set looks great, but the moment you start combat, the character turns into an 8-bit sprite.

Feels bad having spent nearly 200 hours this league alone trying to unlock this challenge armour, only to not be able to use it outside of the hideout.
