Seeking for Help with old Icestorm/Winter Orb build

Hello Guys, newbie here,

I came back to Poe recently, my main character is in standard league, 67lvl and I was playing Icestorm/Winter Orb build but unfortunately it's outdated.
I really liked it and I would love to make it somewhat playable nowdays.

My main issue is that, the passive tree is so much different now and I can't really make build myself. I also dont need it to be competitive, I just want to be able to finish campaign and endgame mechanics finally haha

I would be really grateful if anyone could guide me, what to do or create passive tree as part of this build.
