Always the Same replys from the Support.

Support Answers since a Week "wait untill that the appropriate team member will get back to you"

This is what i get since a Week now and i still not able to Play the game. I Got Banned in POE Of Course it wasnt right im 100% Sure about that. but can we now get a Honest Answer ?

is this even the Right Email to Apply a Ban ? : "support@grindinggear.com"

I found a different aswell " banappeals@grindinggear.com" which one is the Right one ???
