Unable to bulk sell with decimal values

When trying to list items for bulk selling i am not able to use fractional values for divines. From experimenting a bit i noticed that i am only allowed to type in a string containing a "." or a "/". So in the image below since the string already contains a "." then pressing "/" simply does nothing.



I also tried creating the note manually but this did not really seem to work and the item was not correctly listed on the trade side And if i opened the note after setting it manually then it would clear the information.

Also just to be clear this used to work previously in the league, it just stopped working sometime this week

then how do people make listings like these?
