Email change problem

Hello, I have a problem with my account. I recently changed the email from my account and didn’t remember it because there is always an autofill function, but when I tried to log into the site I saw that the email was not saved in the browser. And when I try to change my email through support, I get the same type of response from the bot.

Did you get any update on your email change procedure ?
I've been in the same situation for 1 month nothing has been done except 7 mails asking for random info. |
