No Respone via Mail Appeal

Hello,

Recently many people got banend in POE for no Reason, even new Player are affected (like me) and there is always the same answer coming from the Support" We are currently working on backlogs of email etc." But i am working my Self in Support Sektion and it cant be right that we have to wait for days now. I really enjoy the Game but can not play it right now. Do we really have to wait for weeks now ? i dont want to sound Rude i can understand that many people are contacting the Support as the same Reason, but we would really appreciate if we get an normal Reply...
