Trying tô contact via email

Last few days i send 3 e-mails and didnt get any reply this is normal ?

send one email and wait.

It is busy this time of year, coupled with seasonal holidays with a bonus helping of a ban wave and the league launching a little under a month ago (usualy has people coming back and forgetting their login details which then requires a support process)

End result is that tickets can take weeks to get resolved.

And YOU are not speeding things up by trying to get their attention with repeated attempts, first mail = ticket created, subsequent emails while sitting in the queue = ticket removed from queue, updated with whatever you just sent and placed back in the queue at the back each time you try to bump the ticket.
