I would like to inquire about the possibility of exchanging the purchased pack for a different one and receiving a refund for the value, or alternatively, if it's feasible to convert the remaining amount into points. It seems impractical for me to acquire the same pack twice, specifically the Kalguuran Runesmith Supporter Pack.
