unfairly banned by section 7 of the Terms of Use

This was the response from my first account which was at lv 44 and I started playing for the first time and after 2 days of playing I was banned, the second account has not yet been responded to, it is not possible that they will not find this strange on their system
[Removed by Support] How come the forum ADMs work so well, but the email support staff don't?? please. are the bans going to be re reviewd as there is a large amount of " incorrect Bans " being reported both on reddit and these forums and the poe discord? !
