Hello,
I dont know why i dont get any help ? i wrote several times per mail and i am getting keep asked for ACC and Char name but if i tell you that there comes no Answer afterwards.... I got banned for no Reason and just want to get Unbanned becuase i wanna play on my Free Vacation Time and slowly i am getting a bit mad because i get no help. it is just crazy, first banned for 0 Reason. Then getting 4-5 Same Responses "Character name and Account Name" afterwards pure silence. So u want us to quit ? i dont get it .
