my friend got account locked for no reason.

My Brazillian friend had his accounts locked, he contacted support and they said the reason was because of fraudulent purchases, he bought a supporter pack using the PoE Steam client, which integrates directly with the Steam wallet system, and used our currency(R$ - Brazillian Real) the same way he has been doing for the past 12 years on steam. He is temporarily living abroad because of work, and GGG locked his account because he bought with a pack with R$(Brazillian Real) while temporarily living in another country. He tried to appeal after GGG's initial response(which did not provide a solution), but he is still to receive a response(almost 24h later).
