Banned For no reason

Hi, I got banned at 21 of this month for "term of use" or something like that. The funny part here I never did something wrong not a single thing of the written things match. It's more then unfair ban trying to reach out for long time now no replies. Missing out on a lot of things like sales and a lot of items that I planned to buy now reached the roof with their prices. And it looks like it going to take another week or more to get a reply from ggg
