Having trouble using standalone client

When I log in using the email that is connected to this account, it logs me into an account with 0 characters. I already sent in an email a few days ago but haven’t gotten a response yet. I log in with steam on this account and I get logged into the other 0 character account when logging in via email. Any help would be appreciated.
