Drop not arrived

Hi I have a problem because after watching the stream I did not receive the reward (Ice Tiger Pet)

I have screen shot but i dont know how to attach it

The drop could be collected until December 16, but due to twitch problems I couldn't open my inventory. Is there anything I can do about it?
