missing drops/not working elder alters?

I was playing T16 Sepulchre and got an eater of worlds alter while on my way to the area boss.

The alter was Map boss gains:
%phys cold dmg
%phys dmg reduction
cover frost on hit

but the upside was:
Final Boss drops 6 additional Rusted Legion Scarabs.

When I killed the boss there was no scarab drop. just items, no scarabs.

Details that might be relevant:
- I ported out of the arena when the boss was using his AOE, after it was done, turned itself into a bloated version, then killed it.
- I was disconnected after about 10-20 seconds after the fight.

Just making this (bug, issue?) known.
