Only on EU Frankfurt Lag Spikes in random instances; WinMTR pastebin included

Hello there,

I've been having some massive issues with latency on the Frankfurt server. In some instances (most of them) I get spikes from 20ms to 13000+ ms. Literally unplayable!
So I switched to Milan or London and it works perfectly fine, but when I play with friends and get transported to Frankfurt instances I cannot play.

So I did a WinMTR on a Frankfurt instance and here is the result: https://pastebin.com/kxhhJJZJ
