Want to recover account

Hello there, I have complicate issue to consult you guys.
Situation should be as the following.

- I always play POE through steam log-in for very long and I don't recognize my POE account name and don't know the email is added or not.
- Recently my steam has been hacked, I finally can recover it by steam support team.
- When I try to play POE, for somehow it requested me to link with POE account or create new POE account.
- I accidently create new account (this one).
- I add other email to this account and remove link from steam account.
- I contacted GG through email and has been asked for account name and character name.
- Well, my bad but I cannot remember any of them.
- Few traces I have for old account is that purchase history in steam, and POE achievement which still show up on steam.

Now the question is whether it is possible to get my old POE account and link it with steam again, or I just have to give up.
(GGG email respond is gone dark since Saturday, so I'm about to worry)

Can anyone suggest?
