Lost my 6 link ngamahus axe

I finished a hist and I went to check my inventory and my screen bugged out and I lost my six link ngamahus axe. My screen rapidly started flipping back and fourth through my skills and inventory. I don't know what happened but I no longer have my axe because of it. It's not in my stash or my inventory. I am at a lose of a weapon and the orbs I paid for it. Please help me

Did you check your weapon swap? If you are the new ascendancy in Affliction that has an extra backpack, did you look in the backpack?
