Frame rate drop / extreme stuttering

CPU: Intel Core i5-11400H
RAM: 8 GB
GPU: RTX 3060 (notebook)

Why am I still having low frame rate while playing this game with the above specs.
In HO ( 40-50 fps)
In map (15-20 fps), can go down to as low as 2-3 fps when huge pack of monster spawning.

Fix your game GGG!!!

It's impossible to do game content like: affliction, rituals, heist, blight, breach, delve, abyss, open strong boxes and in general maps with high density. Plus huge loading screens.

Please fix this matter GGG! Mecry!!!
