Quest Fallen from Grace cant be achieved

That quest cant be achieved if you use a Cultist warrior as spectre because that one spawn monsters.
Those last count as monster to be eliminated and so, it is impossible to finish quest.

I am sure of it because I just re-do it 3 times with a cultist warrior, then I took another spectre and it works; quest was done with any problem
