Accuracy mastery (40% more accuracy rating against unique enemies) , (50% more accuracy rating at close range) doesnt work. ROFL, that literraly X2 DPS, and that not working with the "undeniable". Hello?)))

I think Undeniable works with the amount of accuracy you currently have. "Against unique enemies" and "at close range" in this case means "as if you had more accuracy" and is used to calculate the probability of hitting an enemy.
