(PS) Swapping weapons with Energy Blade deletes base weapon

After swapping in a Nebulis for one of the challenges, while still having Energy Blade active, my base weapon didn't land in my inventory, instead it got instantly deleted, alongside with the 2 skillgems and the abyssal jewel I had in it.
