Cannot load in-game shop

This has been bugging me for a while, but only now is it causing an insurmountable issue with the free mystery box. Every time I open the window for the ingame shop, I am left with a seemingly infinite loading wheel, which i have waited on for as long as 20 minutes unsuccessfully. This has happened to me every time ive opened the shop for at least a month. Normally, I would use the Shop tab in the website, but that will not give me the mystery box
