Hello BINLON_, If your friend has already submitted an appeal, they will have to wait for the accounts investigation team to process the appeal. I'm afraid we aren't able to speculate as to how long this may take. I apologise for any inconvenience the wait may cause, but please be assured that the team is working as fast as possible.
