Wrong item purchased, would like to exchange or refund please

Hello, this is to staff. I am a new player and I’m loving your game. So much that only a week in I purchased all my stash upgrades and cosmetics. I have one small issue, somehow my system purchased a celestial frost bomb effect. I’ve made well over $300 in trans this week. I was looking for foot prints when this happened. I was wondering if you could exchange this one transaction, as I have no idea how this happened. Please let me know and what info that you need. Thanks for your consideration.
