ban appeal. no email responses, what is happening GGG ?

Hello, on 21.dec i was banned for "Breaching Terms of Use" while casualy playing the game. The game kicked me out saying "Banned by an Administrator". There wasnt any notice on my email about the ban. Ive sent an email that day and still didnt get any response about my ban. I dont think i did something that would be considered as Breaching Terms of Use. Alot of people are dealing with same issue as i saw on reddit and forums here so is there any way GGG could tell us what happend?
