I've crafted similar to this one in previous league.
1) Fossil craft (jagged+prism+deft+serrated) until u'll get 2 extra dmg 2) Keep pref 3) Reforge crit in harvest 4) If u lucky enough and would have free pref craft cannot roll attack mod and exalt slam for ele pen 5) Add something in suffix from bench it's not that hard as u can think, but u need budget. 4 example, I just tried to make it in craftofexile and get double t1 extra dmg + t1 attack speed and t1 crit multi(crit multi from 2nd try) +t3 ele pen for about 8k chaos and its something about 20 divs.but I wasn't lucky and rolled to many times 2 extra dmgs.there r no such rapiers on market at all, so it's not cheaper to buy already crafted,besides sst in this league isn't a meta skill,so popularity of crafted items 4 this build is low | |

You can obtain two more hits before having to hold manual, roll an attack, smash, or bench. Ash or veiled orbs are also available.
