Abnormal disconnect: An unexpected disconnection occurred

Hi I am getting regular disconnects in this game only, intermittently and random while I play, about every 30 minutes. Please advise. Here's Info:

Same. It has never happened to me before this league.

I have since discovered that this(at least my problem) is not a PoE issue my ISP is intermittently dropping me. If anyone cares, here is how I discovered it:

Click start, run, in black box type: cmd, enter, in black box type: ping -t 8.8.8.8

Leave this running while you play. You are pinging a google server, unrelated to PoE. When you get disconnected check the box, if it says 'host not available', the problem is probably not PoE

This is probably not even realted to connection,as most people i have performance issues,and i kinda fixed them today the issue was cpu is going crazy and just goes ballistic and at one point game locks up and i also get unexpected disconnection occured,now i have fixed it to not stutter but about 501- minutes into a map or a juicy pack and it happens,so yeah.
