Technical Support - Game performance problems, >>NEED SUPPORT<< please.. - Forum

I am not having a good time, my friends I have had a pretty bad time playing PoE the last couple of days, shader spikes are back, crashes are returning and I would like to talk to Support, so if you work on this stuff at GGG please get in touch with me, I am just another human being like you, and I would like to talk about the experience, I am not happy but I want to have a civil conversation about it to find solutions or resolve these problems, therefore, I also try to provide as much information as I possibly can.

Note that during this crash my monitor turned off, then back on, then PoE crashed, and my PC was less responsive for roughly 10 seconds.

Choppy-gameplay-Shader-spikes

I felt like I was 4 sec stunned (When the shader spike stayed up dark green on the graph) because I could not react even though I have stun immunity see here:

When the shader spiked up, then all the way down / up again the game felt choppy, graphically unstable/laggy.
