Cremation of Volcano - Geyser limited to 3

Been leveling with Cremation of Volcano and no matter how I try I can't get past 3 geysers....

Apparently you can't create more than 3 while leveling... There is no tooltip that tells you this....

Are you sure that isn't an issue with your cast speed vs the volcanos duration? What happens if you link it to spell echo?

Nope it wasn't I amped up my cast speed and it didn't get to 4 no matter what I did and I was lvl 35.
