no answer from support ?

hello

it's been 12 days now since i didn't get an anwser from ggg support my old email was hacked and i asked for a change i provided anything they asked but still nothing and now i'm afraid i will get nothing since the holidays are going to start for another week

if someone from ggg could give me some anwser it would be really great thanks

It's been 3 weeks since i contacted support because i lost mail and they sent me questions every 4 or 5 days but they do nothing.
They're just hoping you create a new account and buy the mandatorye stash tabs to play.

This high number of support emails is due to unfair bans added to GGG's holiday period
