Can't remove item placed inside Item Display Case.

Tried following another thread saying that I need to go into the same league the item was placed and to try logging out and back in but it isn't working. Any help on this? Also it shows a lock on the top right corner and can't figure out how to "unlock" it.

Hey I just had this probelm myself as I placed my Mageblood in there and got worried, however by swapping to another character within the league I was able to remove it, hope this might be the fix for you.
