Main account permanently banned for no reason

I do not want to turn this into a hate post but I find it strange how in this game getting a perma-ban without any explanation is so easy. My main account is 4 years old and I have never had any problems. I have reached out to the support but all they said that they "may" look into it which isn't very supportive. The text on my account page says I breached the TOS. I have read through it and I fail to see where I did wrong. I do use Path of Building community fork, Awakened POE Trade and the mouse scroll wheel for left click swap but I know A LOT of people use those too.

I love the game, I love the community but losing an account that had a lot of time and real money invested into it just turns you away completely.
